Returns and Exchanges
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on items for change of mind so please choose carefully your items.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com, wait for our reply and then send your item to: 305 Koru Road, RD4, New Plymouth Taranaki NZ 4374.

The customer is responsible for covering the associated shipping costs.
All exchange garments will need to be returned within 7 working days from the date of email. items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. all tags must remain in place. allow another 7 days for the exchange to be processed.

No exchanges or returns will be accepted on sale items.
Once an order is placed we do not accept cancellations.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

A tracking number will be sent to you upon dispatch so that you can track the delivery of your goods.
When an order is placed, it will be shipped to an address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on this web site. All purchases from this web site are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from this web site pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.
For purchases outside of New Zealand you may be required to pay duty tax on your orders.
We do not offer refunds if you refuse the package due to customs charges.
